Decoking Pig

GHAPIoT manufactures decoking pigs in-house, offering sizes from 1″ to 12″ in diameter with 1/4th & 1/8th increments. We can also create “off-spec” pigs tailored to specific needs, leveraging our in-house design and manufacturing capabilities. This control over the supply chain allows us to promptly respond to customization requests.

GHAPIoT Options Available

  • Sizes: 1”-12” (1/4th & 1/8th increments)
  • Hardness of Urethane: 60,70, 80, 85, 90 Shore A hardness
  • Appendage Options: Tungsten Carbide, Carbon alloy 200BHN, 400BHN, 600BHN, Stainless steel available in case of softest appendage
  • Decoking pigs can be supplied in Foam Core or Full PU material.
