Batching Pigs

GHAPIoT serves as mobile seals within a pipeline, enabling the segregation of two distinct products into separate batches for transportation within the same pipeline. There are numerous design options available to achieve this objective. Batching or Gauging pigs are created using premium PU elastomers with specific shore hardness requirements.

Cup Pigs

Cup pigs are designed for pipeline cleaning and inspection. They are propelled by product flow or external mechanisms like compressed air or water, removing debris and contaminants from the pipe’s interior. GHAPIoT offers cup pig designs equipped with 2, 3, or 4 cups, and they can be further optimized with the addition of guide discs to enhance cleaning efficiency.
